How to merge PDF files into one document

Combining several PDFs into a single file makes them easier to send and archive. Here is how to do it privately in your browser.

Steps

  1. Open the PDF merge tool and add the files you want to combine.
  2. Drag the documents into the order you want the pages to appear.
  3. Review the list to make sure nothing is missing.
  4. Click merge to build a single combined PDF.
  5. Download the result — your original files stay untouched.

Tips

  • Remove passwords from locked PDFs first, since they cannot be read for merging.
  • To combine images instead, use the images-to-PDF tool.
